Took my car to be regassed before shipping to Europe. Had to take it back a few weeks later because the aircon did not cool and was told there was nothing wrong with the gas but that additional parts had to be ordered. Once these were fitted by the dealer, the aircon still did not cool properly. Car arrived here last week and I am now having to look for someone in Italy today to do the job properly. Update. Land Rover dealership in Italy confirmed that there was no gas in the system - it cost R3500.00 to get this sorted. The response from Coolco is just a bunch of porky pies.

Having moved to CT recently and having to find reliable workshops, what a positive experience at Coolco. Will definitely keep supporting them.

Went there with a leaking aircon unit that was overflowing into my vehicle's footwell. Something I have been unable to sort out for months! They got it fixed within 30 minutes and when going to pay, told me that their service was for free! Apparently you still get good people in this world! Nice one guys! Much appreciated!

Congratulations to the team at Coolco. All the 1 star reviews that they have received have been made by cowards or idiots who know nothing about the automobile a/c industry or how difficult it is to run one's own business in this country. I arrived at Coolco without making an appointment (in hindsight, I should've checked, and done so) but they did not hesitate or turn me away. I arrived at 8am on a Saturday and after having a cup of coffee in their comfortable waiting room, they had me regassed and out of there 45 minutes later, problem solved. All the customer interactions I witnessed with the staff was pleasant, honest and gracious. Keep up the good work Coolco and well done to all. My faith in humanity has been restored.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with John and Jason. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jason knew exactly what was wrong with my aircon when I described the issue. Another aircon place I had taken the car to twice were unable to fix it. My car was booked in and I expected it to take 2 or 3 days but it was ready for collection the same day. Excellent service! As efficiently managed as reflected on many reviews. Comfortable sitting area with coffee comforts on hand. Immediately attended to and given feedback within a short period of time, followed by the completion of the job within reasonable time. Good value for money given the quality of the service and overall experience.
