Car Aircon Re-gas

An aircon regas is simply the topping up of refrigerant in the air conditioning system. The process of re-gassing the AC is much like topping up with oil. If the coolant in the system is really low the refrigerant which is still in the system will have to be drained out and replaced with fresh coolant.

  • Congratulations to the team at Coolco. All the 1 star reviews that they have received have been made by cowards or idiots who know nothing about the automobile a/c industry or how difficult it is to run one's own business in this country. I arrived at Coolco without making an appointment (in hindsight, I should've checked, and done so) but they did not hesitate or turn me away. I arrived at 8am on a Saturday and after having a cup of coffee in their comfortable waiting room, they had me regassed and out of there 45 minutes later, problem solved. All the customer interactions I witnessed with the staff was pleasant, honest and gracious. Keep up the good work Coolco and well done to all. My faith in humanity has been restored.

  • I was there one morning at 07:15 and a instead of only assisting clients from 08:00 this young gentleman gladly assisted me as soon as the garage door opened. He gave me a very knowledgeable explanation on what could be wrong with my A/C . He proceeded to start with the 7step regassing process. About 45min later I was on my way. Professional service that one does not find everywhere these days.

  • Amazing. Professional service. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable. If you taking your car in for aircon make sure you book in advance as they are extremely busy and only take bookings no walk ins.

  • So impressed with the service at Coolco. John and Jason had to dig deep on my Disco 4 to find the cause of the probem, which turned out to be frayed wiring. Took this on at short notice when they had a big workload, kept me informed on a daily basis about progress. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

  • You have to make an appointment well in advance as they are very popular and couldn't help me in November until January!! Got a good reputation, but if I'm a rush, go elsewhere
