Coolco prides its self on customer satisfaction, transparency and being fair when it comes to all matters regarding honoring the guarantee. Coolco is a member of the RMI ( Retail Motor Industry ) setting the standards for workmanship , warranty , industrial and client relations in the South African motor trade in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Our guarantees / warranties exceed those offered by most other workshops as we cover all parts, labour, gas, oil, consumables within the guarantee / warranty period. Most will charge for labour & consumables on claims.
Coolco always aims to fit OEM brand compressors, providing the same guarantee & at a lower cost than the agent.

12 Months or 20 000km’s whichever occurs first. Covers OEM and Generic Parts
Covers parts replaced by us for 6 months or 10 000km’s whichever occurs first
6 Months or 10 000km’s whichever occurs first. Covers OEM and Generic Parts. Coolco will always advise against using remanufactured parts due to quality concerns & generally will not quote on these.
No Guarantee or Warranty
Only covered by that given by the supplier. Generally no warranty is given on electrical components.
